Our hosted visits are designed for professionals who are actively considering Prague or Budapest for future meetings, incentive travel, conferences or corporate events.
Over three days, you’ll experience the destination as your clients would — while also gaining practical knowledge that helps you plan successful events.
What You’ll Experience
Selected participants will receive:
- 2 nights accommodation
- Airport and local transfers
- Hosted breakfasts, lunches and dinners
- Hotel inspections
- Venue inspections
- Local experiences
- Networking with the CTAgency team and local partners
Flights are arranged by participants.

Flight Contribution
For participants who organise a confirmed event with CTAgency in Prague or Budapest, we may contribute towards flight costs.
- up to €250 from Europe
- up to €500 from North or Latin America
Subject to project qualification.
