Discover the Destinations Through the Eyes of Your Clients
Our hosted visit are designed to help you evaluate Prague as destination for meetings, incentives, conferences, and corporate events.
You will have the opportunity to experience the cities, inspect venues and hotels, meet local partners, and explore ideas that can be adapted for your clients and projects.
What Is Included?
Selected participants will receive:
- 3 nights accommodation
- Airport and local transfers
- Hosted meals
- Hotel and venue inspections
- Destination experiences
- Full hosted program
Flights are arranged by participants.
Travel Support
For participants with a confirmed Prague program taking place in 2026–2027, CTAgency may provide a contribution towards flight costs:
- up to €250 from Europe
- up to €500 from North or Latin America
Subject to project verification.
